STORY IDEA- Girl (Letha) is friends with guy (Neil), who is in a gang. She doesn’t like that he’s in a gang, but she doesn’t say anything because he’s a good friend, and has done favors for her that he wouldn’t have been able to do if he wasn’t in a gang. One day she really needs to get in touch with him (why?), but he hasn’t called her back, even though she’s left him lots of messages. She goes looking for him, finds him hanging out with four or five important gang people (IGP). He’s not at all happy to see her, keeps looking at his watch, telling her to go away. She figures they’re buying drugs or something tells him fine, she’ll wait in club across street, but he better not be too long, she really needs to talk to him. She waits about ten minutes in club, goes back out to look for him, sees him, and everyone else, being forced into back of a van by guys in ski masks. She yells and goes running towards the van. One of the ski mask people sees her, and she suddenly passes out.
Wakes up in back of van, acts like still asleep, sneaks look at watch, been asleep half hour, looks around, all the gang people are asleep. She doesn’t see Neil for a minute, then notices him at front of van, talking to ski mask people, who are no longer wearing their ski masks. She’s so happy that he’s ok, and seems to know the kidnappers, that she says something to him before she realizes what he’s talking about. He’s saying that she was not part of the deal. She asks what’s going on, he says you shouldn’t have woken up already. He gives her a weird look, then seems startled about something. He moves towards her, she tries to scoot away, since she is justifiably freaked out, he does something (hit her over the head with something?) she passes out again.
When she wakes up, they are on the ground in a clearing in the middle of the woods. She looks at her watch, and it’s been three hours since she came out of the bar to look for Neil. She looks around, and Neil and the five gang guys are lying on the ground, all asleep except for Neil. He tries to talk to her, but she’s mad, and ignores him, so he finally just says that what’s going to happen is going to be scary, but he promises she’ll be fine, he won’t let her get hurt. The 6 ski mask people (come up with something better than ski mask people), no longer in ski masks, now wearing jeans, sweatshirts, and sneakers, come up from somewhere behind her, and start waking up the gang guys (come up with something better than gang guys). Everyone, including her and Neil, stand up and look towards the group of ski mask people (SMP). The gang guys (IGP) all notice the huge pile of weapons at the same moment, and all very obviously have the same thoughts at the same time; I should get a gun; no, wait, what if they aren’t going to hurt me, but do because I grab a gun; I won’t just yet, but the first sign of real trouble, and I start shooting.
Gets dragged to clearing in middle of nowhere, SMP announce they intend to hunt IGP. IGP grab guns from proffered pile of weapons start shooting at SMP. SMP take bullets, fang up, IGP run, but not girl and friend, who has been being treated like one of IGP. Friend starts to run, but sees girl isn’t, stays. Girl refuses to be hunted, vamps don’t know what to do, friend is vamp (duh), girl turns out to be witch, H.E.A.
